Welcome to NUS Human-Centered Robotic Lab (HcRL)! We are in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, College of Design and Engineering, National University of Singapore.

We are developing intelligent and safe robotic and AI systems, powered by fundamental innovation.

Our vision is human-first: we aim to solve real-world problems to help robots do good, supporting and enhancing life in human-centered environments.

2025.04: Our paper "Fast But Accurate: A Real-Time Hyperelastic Simulator with Robust Frictional Contact" has been accepted to SIGGRAPH 2025 (Journal Track). Read it here.

2025.04: Two Papers got accepted by SIGGRAPH 2025.

2025.03: Our workshop on "Towards Reliable and Trustworthy Embodied AI in Everyday Scenarios" will be held in ICRA 2025.

2025.03: Fan gave talks at Singapore Intelligence, Robotics and Control Symposium.

2025.01: Fan will serve as the Associate Editor in RA-L and IROS 2025.
